How StrataOne handles the personal information it stores for complexes and residents.

What is stored

StrataOne stores the information a complex needs to run utility billing: complex and unit records, account details (name, email address, phone number), unit profile details supplied by residents, meter readings, supplier bills, and the per-unit allocations calculated from them.

Who can see it

Access is scoped by role. Complex administrators and body corporate members see records belonging to their own complex. Residents see only their own unit, its readings, and its statements. Cross-complex access is refused, including by direct record ID.

Account security

Passwords are stored as salted hashes and never in plain text. Accounts support authenticator-app two-factor sign-in and single-use recovery codes. Invite and password-reset tokens are single-use, expire, and are never written to application logs.

Your data

You can download or delete the personal data attached to your account from Account settings › Personal data. Deleting your account permanently removes it and you cannot recover it afterwards. Records that belong to the complex rather than to you — units, bills, and allocations — are retained by the complex.

Contact

For questions about the information held about you, contact your complex administrator, who is the responsible party for their complex's records.
